This privacy policy applies to the Safety24our app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Safety24our (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as:
Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), which is stored using a secure hashing algorithm to protect user identity.
The pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages. This data is logged in a secure server and analyzed using in-house analytics tools without third-party integration.
The operating system you use on your mobile device, collected to ensure compatibility and improve user experience.
The Application collects your device's location data using industry-standard geolocation services for providing location-based content and personalized recommendations. The location data is collected through the device's GPS functionality and stored temporarily on the user's device before being transmitted using end-to-end encryption for processing.
The Service Provider uses this data exclusively for:
Geolocation Services: Deliver personalized content and relevant recommendations based on location data stored temporarily and anonymized before use.
Analytics and Improvements: Aggregated and anonymized data is used for analyzing user behavior patterns and improving system efficiency. No personally identifiable data is included in analytics.
The Service Provider does not share, sell, or transmit any user information to third-party companies for advertising or other monetization purposes.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you with important information, required notices, and optional marketing promotions. All marketing communications use an opt-in mechanism with clear instructions on unsubscribing.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your email address, phone number, first name, last name, username, and optional profile image. This information is stored using AES-256 encryption and processed only for account-related services.
The phone number collected during the signup process is used solely for One-Time Password (OTP) verification purposes, using a secure OTP generation and validation mechanism. Users can opt out by deleting their account, which will result in the permanent removal of all personally identifiable data linked to the phone number from all databases and backup systems.
Third Party Access
The Service Provider does not share any collected user data with third-party services for advertising, tracking, or monetization purposes.
The Application may use Google Play Services for essential app functionality such as crash reporting and analytics. These services operate under their own privacy policies:
